From the archives of podcast interview I did about 3 years ago!
Honestly, I'd never watched it in its entirety when it was initially released. (anybody else get that feeling — the cringe of hearing your own voice played back? The instinct to close the tab before the first sentence is finished?) But I watched it today. And I'm glad I did!
I was just starting to say out loud the things I had only been thinking quietly.
At the time, Let Her EXIST! was a message concept I was just beginning to express out loud. Since then, it became an intimate event I hosted in 2024, a talk I presented at the Beautiful Encounter retreat in 2025, and has evolved into a 3-6 month deep-dive framework in my self-awareness/discovery services.
Since I mentioned the desire here, the Human Design conversation has started finding its way into a completely different room — the workplace. About how “environment” types affect how people show up at work. What it means to design and designate spaces around how people are actually wired. Energy Zone awareness as a real, practical lens for how we build and inhabit the spaces where we spend a lot of our time.
Listening back, I can hear myself in the process of becoming—still questioning, still discovering, still learning how to trust what was already in me.
There are so many references that I may double-back to explain, update and further elaborate on. But this was a reminder for me to honor the journey—and to keep going.
However slow, it’s moving.
What Makes Human Design Different
